Exchanges and Returns

Easy Returns & Exchanges - Standard Orders:
My ultimate goal is to create pieces that resonate with your personal style and preferences. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with me within 7 days from the receipt of your item. I am committed to finding a solution that meets your satisfaction. Depending on the circumstances, I may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit (please note that shipping costs are not refundable).
Eligibility for Exchanges: For an exchange to be considered, your item must be unused and remain in the same condition as you received it. It should also be accompanied by the original packaging. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refund Process: Refunds (minus shipping costs) will be processed upon the safe receipt of your returned item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in unused condition, in its original box, safely packaged, and insured. Kindly provide a tracking number for your return, as this will serve as your Return Authorization Number.
